The plan is simple, keep working out until I get a 285+ pft this spring:
5 rounds for time:
300m run
7 20KG KB swings
12 Ring Dips
15:40
After:
5x5 KTEs,
3x7 1 handed KB deadlifts,
5 x 1 min on jump rope
