In the interest of making life interesting, switched it up and had a swim workout today.
Explained the CFWU, taught a rudimentary level front squat, deadlift and overhead squat w/PVC.
3 rounds for time of
50m swim
10 Deadlift
10 Front Squats
10 Over Head Squats
All finished, not for time just yet, paired up and went all out.
Later in the day gave a class to explain the Concept for Functional Fitness.
