Trouble with triffles
Annoying little injuries palague most of us. Its not the age, its the mileage is what I usually quip about these things as an effort to push them out of mind through humor.
But they add up.
Monday:
Very littel warm up, lots of mobility then back squats 5,3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1
Topped off at 292.5, dumped 295 on last attempt so I called it a day.
Tuesday:
Airdyne 8:00 warm up
5x3 clean and jerk 135, 145, 155, 165, 175
3 rounds, not for time:
7 front squats at 135
12 32 inch box jumps
25 double unders
Airdyne 10:00 cooldown
