Slow lifts, good heartrate throughout but not completed for time.
After a short rest, some abs training:
50 Straight leg sit ups
50 USMC crunches
50 "Hello Dolly's"
50 Leg Lifts
50 Steam Engines
After that, tried to figure out how to do some Russian Kettlebell windmills and Turkish Get-ups:
did one each with the 12kgKB
ouch...
done and done
